A high performance boot for roadracing, track days or sport riding. Boot's external design provides a high level of protection from abrasion and impact. Contoured, high modulus PU injection shin plate protector. Synthetic boot forefoot lining is laminated with open-cell foam. Ankle and leg areas have highly breathable lining for comfort. U-shaped calf protector protects internal and external ankle/calf area. Boot top features recessed buckle area for additional calf protection; replaceable ratchet buckle closure features hidden strap for security and is integrated with calf slider. Wide, ventilated heel protector combined with shock-absorbing padded insert and self-molding internal ankle protectors. Replaceable aluminum heel sliders on rear and sides of ankle guard absorb shock and impact during falls and slides. Boot has internal patented ankle brace with shock-absorbing material. Uppper boot construction is Lorica and leather for flexibility and strength. Instep flex area has extended, thermoformed bellow for soft back-and-forth flex. Toe sliders and shift pad are injected PU for protection and wear resistance; toe sliders are flexible and replaceable.
